Professor Jim Parry is a philosopher who specialises in applied ethics (especially in relation to the media, medicine, business, sport and Olympism). 

Professional Experience:

He was Head of the Department of Philosophy, University of Leeds, England, and is now Visiting Professor at the Faculty of PE and Sport, Charles University in Prague, visiting Professor RIOU. He has been Chair of the British Philosophy of Sport Association, Chair of the British Universities Physical Education Association, and Founding Director of the British Olympic Academy.
