Professor Ru has been devoted herself to the Olympic Studies for over 24 years. Her mainly research areas includes Change and Governance of the Olympic System，Olympic legacy，Olympic Education of in China，Sustainability and Legacy of Dual Olympic in Beijing

Professional Experience:

Professor Ru published more than 50 academic papers, 3 academic books, 2 translation books, and edited 4 Olympic Readers for primary and secondary schools. She participated in international academic conferences at Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Greece, Russia, South Korea.  

She presided over and completed 2 academic projects related to the Olympic studies, funded by the National Social Science Fund of China.
