Tracy is currently the A/Deputy Vice Chancellor (International and Accreditation) at RMIT University and a Professor of Sport Management at Victoria University in Melbourne Australia. Tracy's areas of expertise are inclusion and diversity, human resource management, volunteering in sport and leadership.
Tracy's current funded research is on women's professional team sport leagues, and increasing access for women with disability in community sport. Tracy is currently a board member of: IOC Athlete365 Committee, the Australian National Rugby League Research Committee, and the Olympic Studies Centre Award Committee. She is a contributing Professor in the Executive Master in Sport Organizations Management and the IOC's Advanced Sport Management course.
