Alexey Kirichek lecturers on a broad range of subjects from sports marketing to sports organizations and from clubs' football management to event management in different Russian and International Universities and Business Academies. His Fan engagement course has proven confirmation by practical experience.

Alexey Kirichek served as a CEO and COO of Russian professional football club Lokomotiv (Moscow) in 2006-2010 and 2016-2019. His tasks varied from Strategy, Business Development, Sales & Marketing to Finance, and organizing different international projects. Alexey was a member of the Finance Working Group of European Club Association in 2008-2010 and 2016-2019 with involvement in managing the development of Financial Fair Play rules in football.

Dr. Kirichek is an international professor with the Russian International Olympic University in Sochi, Russia, since 2014, where his focus is on fan engagement (English program) and economics of sport (Russian program).
