Provided in association with the Russian Olympians Foundation, this cycle of educational programmes targets athletes who have finished their sporting careers but continue to work in the field of sport and fitness. Course instructors include senior officials from the RF Ministry of Sport and the Russian Olympic Committee, as well as leading Russian and international experts in the areas of sport management, marketing, law and psychology. All training and accommodation costs for the participants are covered by special grants from the Russian Olympians Foundation. So far, over 100 athletes selected by the Athletes’ Commission of the Russian Olympic Committee have taken part in the programme. Participants have included Russian, European, World and Olympic medallists.
