Born on 21 September 1968 in Sochi

Studied at the Moscow State Technological University (Stankin) and is now one of the leading Russian professionals in advertising and sports marketing. He also has extensive committee experience working with the Russian Ministry of Sport.
1989: began his career in advertising, establishing the agency that later developed into the Media Arts Group
2005: appointed CEO of the Sochi 2014 Bid Committee
2007: awarded the Order of Honour for the successful victory of the Sochi 2014 bid

2007-2014: President and CEO of the Sochi 2014 Organising Committee.

From November 2007 – Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board at State Corporation “OlympStroy”

From 01 October 2014 – Head of the Investment Company “Volga Group”

From 28 November 2014 – President-Chairman of the Management Board of the KHL

From 23 December 2014 – member of the Russian Ice Hockey Federation Board
