Born on 31 March, 1959 in the city of Magadan.
In 1984 graduated from the department of History of the Lomonosov Moscow State University.
Worked in state and public organizations in the field of international tourism.
2002 – 2005 – Deputy Head, Presidential Protocol Office
2005 – 2007 – Officer, Presidential Press and Information Office
2007 – 2008 – Deputy Head, Press and Protocol Office, Government of the Russian Federation
2008 – 2012 – Deputy Head, Presidential Protocol Office
2012 – 2018 – Head of the Presidential Directorate for Supporting Activities of the State Council of the Russian Federation.
From June 2018 to Novevber 2022 – Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States.
